The Achievement Centre is a place where groups of students are given the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to fulfil their potential for the remainder of their time at High Arcal.
The Achievement Centre team work with groups of students ranging from the least confident to Gifted and Talented.
They then develop and deliver programmes that suit the needs of each group
Some of the topics covered are: - Working as a team - Developing leadership skills - Problem solving - Self-esteem - Confidence building - Conflict resolution - Listening skills - Relaxation - Orgaqnisational skills
